V-TEC is the brand of Jay Ganesh Enterprises, a manufacturer of fire control panels and hydrant control panels. Our Wagholi, Pune facility was established in 2017 and is focused on panel fabrication for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Leadership
Directed by Mr. Vikas B. Khandagale
Mr. Vikas B. Khandagale is the director of Jay Ganesh Enterprises. He oversees operations at the Wagholi plant, where panels are built to a disciplined fabrication standard with attention to wiring layout, component assembly, and documented process.
Every project is reviewed against its application and system requirements before a panel is specified, so that each unit we produce matches the job it is meant to serve.

Fabrication principles at our plant
Our Wagholi team follows a consistent workflow from enclosure preparation through final assembly.
Step one
Disciplined fabrication
Enclosures and metal components are prepared and assembled to a defined workflow, so each panel is built the same way from one unit to the next.
Step two
Wiring layout protocols
Wiring is laid out according to documented protocols, with clear routing and labelling to support inspection, servicing, and commissioning.
Step three
Component assembly
Components are assembled and checked against the panel specification before dispatch, keeping each project’s system requirements in view.
