Mr. Vikas Khandagale
Founder, V-Tec By Jay Ganesh Enterprises · 17+ years in electrical control panels & fire safety
Mr. Khandagale's journey is not one of traditional education or expensive engineering degrees. It is a story of pure dedication, hands-on learning and tireless effort. He began his career at the grassroots level – observing, assisting and gradually learning every aspect of the fire control panel industry under senior engineers and reputed manufacturers.
Without any formal training institute or specialised course, he trained himself across every vertical of the fire panel business – fabrication, design understanding, wiring, testing, site installation, quality assurance, customer relations and logistics. These real-world experiences gave rise to the vision behind V-Tec in 2017.
He personally handles client meetings, project consultations, field visits and after-sales service, and still works alongside his technicians during tight deadlines.
