V-TEC’s Wagholi, Pune team builds fire control and hydrant control panels to the project’s own single-line diagrams. Each job moves through requirement review, layout, enclosure fabrication, and pre-dispatch testing before it leaves the shop.

From requirement to dispatch

Requirement review
We review the consultant’s application, site conditions, and control requirements to confirm the panel scope before any work begins.

Schematic layout
Custom schematic design follows the consultant’s single-line diagram, with component arrangement and wiring routes agreed before fabrication.

Enclosure fabrication
The enclosure is fabricated and populated with components to the approved layout, keeping each panel traceable to its project drawing.

Pre-dispatch testing
Circuit testing and internal continuity checks are carried out at the Wagholi plant before the panel is released for dispatch.
Before panels leave the shop floor
Wiring, insulation, and labeling checks
Every panel is checked for wiring accuracy against its drawing before it is closed up. Terminals are labeled to match the schematic, so site teams can trace each connection during installation and commissioning.
Insulation checks are performed as part of the internal test sequence, and the results are recorded against the project so the panel’s condition is documented at dispatch. Technical coordination on scope and regional delivery is confirmed with the project team before the work is scheduled.
